petites lettres: spring break edition

I was very fortunate to fly back home for the week for Spring Break. This is the first time I've done so but rest was needed as well as time with the family. It's crazy to think I have only 10 weeks left of my college career. Frightening and exciting all in one!

Dear California,
I don't know why, but you decided to rain when I got here- even on the first day of Spring...April showers bring May flowers? Despite your cold weather and dreary sky, your flowers look lovely!

Dear Mom and Dad,
Thank you for always making me feel at home. However long I'm gone, you are the best at being my parents. Love you two so much!

Dear Goodwill Thrift Stores,
This time I'm slightly disappointed with you. Didn't find as much as I'd hope but like mom always says, it's a hit or miss and I guess this visit was just a miss.

Dear Elevation Worship,
Oh wow. I can't stop listening to your new album. Repeat repeat repeat. If you haven't listened, go check them out on Spotify or iTunes!

Dear Homemade Coffee,
I forgot how much I missed you. I also forgot how much we (mom and I) make within a day.

Dear Professor who decided to email me and assign me homework on break,
No words really...

Cheers,
Katie

Hope you've enjoyed your Spring Break or whatever free time you have gotten!
