petites lettres: valentine's edition
It's been 5 months since I last posted and it just feels right to get back on the writing grind. It's almost Spring in Savannah and the vibes around here are getting brighter. I'd like to start this blog with a new series called petites lettres. In these letters I'd like to write about the things I am thankful for.
Dear Dad,
Thank you for giving me one of your extra computers because mine decided to die. Last week my computer decided to die and I had a slight panic attack- not because my computer died, but because I realized how much of my "life" was on it. This was both frightening and inconvenient.
Dear Knitting Machines in Pepe,
Can't say you're my favorite but aside from your finicky personality, you help make my projects go faster since I don't really know how to hand knit.
Dear Iced coffees,
Bless bless bless you. I've tried hot coffee in 72 degree weather and it's rough.
and last but not least...
Dear Church,
Thank you for giving me the opportunity to redeem myself in Christ. There have always been excuses to why I can't be baptized quite yet but what the heck?! I know who I am in Christ and I'm so excited to united with my Savior!
That's it for now. Hope you are having a lovely Monday!
Cheers,
Katie
